This Privacy Policy explains how ZephyrFuture Inc. (“ZephyrFuture”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use LingoAI Keyboard and any related applications, services, and websites (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2.Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The LingoAI Keyboard input method (IME) on iOS and Android;
- Any companion or host app associated with LingoAI Keyboard;
- Any websites or online pages operated by ZephyrFuture that link to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Third-party applications, services, or websites that you access while using our keyboard (for example, messaging apps, browsers, or other apps where you type);
- Third-party keyboards or system keyboards provided by device manufacturers.
Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them carefully.
3.Information We Collect
Our design principle is data minimization: we only collect the information necessary to provide and improve LingoAI Keyboard’s language learning features.
3.1 Information you type using LingoAI Keyboard
By default, LingoAI Keyboard processes your keystrokes on your device in order to provide core keyboard and language-learning features (such as suggestions or vocabulary prompts).
Depending on your settings and your use of the Services, we may process the following information:

Text you type in supported apps and fields, for the limited purposes of:
- generating word suggestions and corrections,
- providing real-time language learning prompts (for example, vocabulary cards or phrase suggestions),
- improving on-device models (where supported).
- Metadata about typing such as language, word length, the time of input, and the app in which the word was entered, in order to understand usage patterns and improve predictions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy or within the product:
- We do not intentionally collect or store passwords, credit card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials.
- We do not attempt to read text from fields that the operating system designates as secure or sensitive (for example, password fields, payment fields), following best-effort industry practices.
Please note that, as with other third-party keyboards, the operating system may display a generic warning that the keyboard “can access all the text you type”. This does not mean we record everything you type; it reflects the technical capabilities of keyboards in general.
In some cases, we may temporarily process specific text on our servers to provide advanced features (for example, cloud-based language analysis or AI suggestions), but only when you explicitly enable such features or send a request to our servers.
3.2 Account and profile information
If you create a LingoAI or ZephyrFuture account, we may collect:
- Email address or other login identifiers;
- Display name, avatar, or profile information you choose to provide;
- Subscription and billing information (managed via the App Store, Google Play, or other payment providers);
- Your language learning preferences (for example, native language, target language, proficiency level).
3.3 Device and usage information
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings;
- Technical identifiers: randomly generated installation IDs, analytics IDs, and similar identifiers;
- Usage information: which features you use, how often you use the keyboard, crash logs, and performance data.

- Maintain and improve the stability and security of the Services;
- Analyze aggregate usage trends;
- Diagnose bugs and crashes;
- Plan new features and enhancements.

4.How We Use Your Information

5.Sensitive Information
We recognize that keyboard apps can, in theory, access sensitive data. Our design seeks to minimize this risk:
- We do not intentionally log or store passwords, credit card numbers, or similar payment data.
- We follow best-effort practices to avoid or exclude sensitive input fields.
- We encourage app developers to use secure input fields (for example, password fields) so that third-party keyboards, including ours, cannot access that content.
Despite these protections, we cannot fully control how third-party apps implement their input fields. For maximum security, you may choose to switch to the system keyboard when entering highly sensitive data.
6.Data Processing Location, Storage, and Retention
LingoAI Keyboard is primarily designed to process data on your device whenever possible.
If and when certain features require cloud processing (for example, AI-based language feedback or cross-device sync), we may temporarily send relevant text and associated metadata to our servers or to trusted service providers for the limited purpose of fulfilling your request.
We retain personal data:
- Only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy;
- For longer periods where required by law, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
When data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it in accordance with our standard data retention policies.
7.How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors that help us operate the Services, such as:
- cloud hosting providers;

8.International Data Transfers
Depending on your location, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, as well as other countries or jurisdictions where we or our trusted service providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country.
Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms—to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Correction – request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

10.Your Choices in the Product
Within LingoAI Keyboard and its companion app, you may have the following controls (where implemented):
- Enable or disable cloud-based features, such as online suggestions or sync;
- Clear local learning data (for example, reset personal dictionary or learning history);
- Opt in or out of analytics or diagnostic data sharing, where such options are provided;
- Switch keyboards at any time or remove LingoAI Keyboard from your system settings.
On iOS, you may also choose whether to grant “Full Access” to the keyboard extension. Some advanced features may not be available without Full Access, but the keyboard can still function in a more limited, privacy-preserving mode.
11.Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable.

12.Security
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure. These measures may include:

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
